Kingfisher Cottage

Kingfisher Cottage is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday house. The cottage enjoys the full use of communal areas at the complex such as the in-ground swimming pool, spa, picnic and BBQ facilities, games room, communal kitchen and children’s playground.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our boutique cottage – perfect for both couples, groups and families. The stand-alone cottage is fully self-contained and features separate lounge and dining areas and timber deck. Unwind in the spa tub, enjoy a splash in the pool, a day at the local beach, a day out on the water or just relax in the gorgeous cottage.

The open plan lounge and dining area flow out onto a deck that captures the morning sun, – a great place to have breakfast and watch the world go by. There is a small private rear grassed area and parking for 2 cars.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find an under-bench oven, hob, coffee machine, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. The lounge has a gas fire, 55′ Smart TV with Sky and access to Netflix (using your own login and password details), mini stereo system as well as ample seating for 6 guests. There is also laundry with washing machine, ironing board and dryer.

Quality bed linens, towels and toiletries are supplied. For your convenience, you’ll also find tea, coffee, sugar as well as some pantry basics.

The upstairs area has 3 bedrooms – the master bedroom has a queen and has an attached ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. The main bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet and vanity.
