Butterfly Cottage

Butterfly Cottage is a modern, luxurious 3-bedroom holiday home handily placed close to the communal pool, spa and BBQ facilities. Fully refurbished in 2021 with new carpet, paint, window furnishings furniture, a 65 inch smart TV and is fully appointed to a very high standard.

On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge and dining area. Both areas flow out onto a terrace that gets glorious afternoon sun. The cottage has its own small private grassed backyard and parking for two vehicles.

The three bedrooms comfortably sleep up to six guests, with two full bathrooms plus an additional ground floor toilet providing ample conveniences for your stay.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find an under-bench oven, hob, coffee machine, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. The lounge has a gas fire, 65-inch smart TV with Sky and access to Netflix (using your own login and password details), and ample seating for 6 guests. There is also laundry with washing machine, ironing board and dryer.

Quality bed linens, towels and toiletries are supplied. For your convenience, you’ll also find tea, coffee, sugar as well as some pantry basics.

The upstairs area has 3 bedrooms – the master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. The main bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet and vanity.
Butterfly Cottage enjoys the full use of communal areas at the complex such as the in-ground swimming pool, spa and BBQ facilities and children’s playground.

For your comfort the house is pet free and is a non-smoking property. No gathering/parties or unauthorized/additional persons are to stay at the property.
